I've had Bluewater Grill's "San Francisco Cioppino" several times and it has never been a disappointment. This version has dungeness crab, scallops (fairly large ones, usually), clams, mussels, and shrimp. The last time I ate there, one of my clams was bad ... unopened. That should have been caught by the kitchen, but the rest of the meal was great, as usual. Bluewater adds a little romano cheese to the top of the dish which is great ... and their sourdough bread is delicious to sop up the juices. I think it costs in the $20-$25 range at dinner.
